Day 01
IXB/NJP - Kewzing
Arrival and meet and Greet at the Railway Station or Airport and Get Transferred to Kewzing - West Sikkim- 140 Km's 7 hrs approx. Set against the backdrop of Mt. Narsing and Mt. Kabru, this predominant Bhutia village is located in South Sikkim. When translated in the local Bhutia language, the name means ‘Land of Wheat Fields’. Three monasteries belonging to three different Buddhist sects makes it the ideal place to learn about the Buddhist way of life. The village boasts of the only Bon monastery in all of Sikkim. upon arrival check into your Hotel and Overnight say in the Hotel.

Day 02
Kewzing ( Hike and Birding ) and Transfer To Gangtok
Morning after breakfast go for a short hike to Mangbrue, amongst the chirping of birds. During the day roam around the village and pay a visit to the Bon monastery. Check out from the hotel and Transfer to Gangtok- the drive is approximately 80 kms 04 hours. Upon arrival check into your hotel, evening free for Leisure and overnight stay in the hotel

Day 03
Gangtok Full Day Sight Seeing
Morning after Breakfast leave for Full day Sight-seeing of Gangtok and Near- by places, the Full day sight-seeing covers 10 Points all over Gangtok – Lingdum Monastery, Ban-jhakri Waterfalls, Rumtek Monastery, Enchey Monastery, Rope Way, Ganesh Tok, Institute of Tibetology, Tashi view Point, Nehru View Point, Shanti View Point. Return to hotel and Evening free for leisure and overnight at the hotel

Day 04
Gangtok - Lachung
Early morning after breakfast check – out from the hotel and transfer to Lachung in North Sikkim, the drive is of approximately 0700 hrs, on the way cover some en-route sight-seeing points - Singhik View point, Seven Sister Water Fall, Naga Water Fall, arrival at Lachung and check-in to the pre Booked hotel and over night at the hotel.

Day 05
Lachung Full Day Sight Seeing
Morning after breakfast leave for sight-seeing for places in and around Lachung covering Yumthang valley, hot water Spring and “Yumesamdong zero point”* after sight-seeing proceed to Gangtok and checkin to the hotel on arrival at Gangtok and over night at the Hotel.

Day 06
Lachung Transfer To Gangtok
Morning after Breakfast Check-out From your Hotel and Proceed to Gangtok- Arrive Gangtok by the Early Evening and Spend your Time at Personal Leisure. Spend the Over Night at the Hotel

Day 07
Gangtok - Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir*( Nathulla PASS )
Early morning after Breakfast 7:30 AM leave for full day Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir Return to Hotel by evening and evening free for Leisure, over night at the Hotel in Gangtok - Nathula Operation Is Subject To Road Condition And Availability Of Permits As Only Limited Permits Are Issued 48 Hour Prior To The Schedule Tour. Nathula Service Cannot Be Availed On Monday And Tuesday. Nathula Visit Is Not Advisable To Guest Having Problem With Blood Pressure, Knee & Heart. Since Nathula Is A Restricted Area Any Time Army Can Seal For Security Reasons. In Such Case Tour Will Only Be Till Tshangu Lake And No Refund Will Be Allowed For Unutilized Services. Supplement For Nathula Excursion Using 01 Non A.C. Hard Top Jeep Will Be INR 5999.00

Day 08
Gangtok Transfer To Kalimpong and Sight Seeing
Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and get transferred to kalimpong, the drive is approx 82 kms - 3 hrs, upon arrival checking to your hotel and after refreshment leave for halfday sight seeing of the place Drive for sightseeing tour through scenic road to Forest Museum (Closed On Thursday), Deolo Hill, Hanuman Mandir, Dr Graham Homes, Durbin Monastery, Mangaldham, Pine View Nurseries (Cactus Only), evening free for leisure and overnight in the hotel

Day 09
Kalimpong Transfer To IXB / NJP
Morning breakfast - After breakfast transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) - Nearly 100 kilometres 3 Ѕ hours drive – Forwarding Journey.

(FOR COMPLETE VEHICLE WILL RUN AS PER THE ABOVE ITINERARY ON CONTRACT BASIS & NOT AT DISPOSAL). The Cost Includes: A) Accommodation
B) Transportation
C) Sight seeing
D) Meet & Greet upon arrival.

The Cost Does Not Include: a) Airfare, Train fare, Insurance Premiums, etc.
b) Room heaters
c) Optional Tours & Sightseeing entry fee.
d) Payment for service provided on a personal basis
e) Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslide, strikes, political unrest etc. In such case extra will be charged as per actual.
f) Cost for service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” Head

Documents Required: 04 passport size photographs each and 02 photocopy of voter I’d/ driver license/passport or similar and for children 02 passport size photo graphs each & 02 photo copy of school id / birth certificate / Similar. Pan card and Aadhar card is not valid here in the tourism permit office

NOTE: The above mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel. Monday & Tuesday Nathula Pass is Closed
Note: Itinerary can be changed as per the room availability. After confirmation send the necessary document for permit to our Gangtok office by courier or we will charge 280/- as document charges. For all sightseeing guest should be ready by 07:30 a.m.
Documents required for permit 02 colour passport size photograph of all pax along with the photo ID i.e. (Valid Passport , Votters Card , Driving Licence) No other document will work.
ADHAR CARD/ PAN CARD / RATION CARD WILL NOT ACCEPTED AS A VALID DOCUMENT FOR PERMIT.

Sikkim Travel Tips

Sikkim is a small state nestled neatly amongst the Great eastern Himalayas and hosting quite a few ethnic tribes and vast variation of weather conditions. To enjoy any Holiday or a Trip a wise and an essential packing of luggage is a must.

Please do make sure that you carry the items and keep in mind the Do’s and Don’t’s mentioned below:

  • Documents:

Please always do carry an Original Identification for yourself and all the traveling members, such as Passport/ driving lsc/ ration card/ voters card.

  • Clothing, Shoes and weather Grear

A good pair of light sneakers (preferably waterproof or leather if visiting North Sikkim) are very important for your feet, as you may have to walk in some places. Carry a few woolen clothes as it may get a bit cooler in the morning and evenings, also you would require them for visit to tshangu lake and Baba Mandi, If there is snow at the point you visit, there are always hawkers who give rented gumboots, gloves, and raincoats so you can feel free to roll around on the snow. Always carry small towels with you while traveling,

  • Toiletries and Medical Supplies

Please carry your medicines, water and what your doctor has suggested for high altitude. chweingums of great help to overcome giddiness at very high altitude. Please carry anti-vomit tablets like Avomine, Pregnidoxin, Reglan and Deriphyllin/ Coca for breath control as the twisting and curving roads tend to get you sick.

  • Photo equipment

Please carry extra data cards if you are taking pictures in high megapixels, you are going to run out of space. Lithium batteries are also not much help as they can store little charge. Carry several alkaline batteries and camera which can be of great help as you will be tempted to take thousands of photographs

  • Miscellaneous

Please avoid eating from wayside dhabas as they might tend to get you sick, also before boarding on a car for a long route eat light and carry some snacks with you, always carry a mineral water bottle with you and avid drinking outside waters.

::DO'S::
  1. Vegetation is fragile; follow designated trails.
  2. Avoid littering and deposit garbage at designated places.
  3. Keep all pollutants away from streams and lakes.
  4. Respect local culture by taking permission before taking photographs.
  5. Dress modestly. Be aware of the customs and manners and culture of the local people.
  6. It is customary to leave a donation at a monastery and to circle shrines in a clockwise direction.
  7. Enjoy yourself always

    1. Don’t disturb wildlife or its habitat.
    2. Don’t buy endangered species or antiques.
    3. Don’t smoke, drink alcohol which is strictly prohibited in public
    4. Don’t talk loudly near sacred places.
    5. Don’t pluck plants or flowers
